Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent breakage during transit, as ceramics are fragile.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
